Retrieving a Workflow

With the Exact Platform, Partners have the ability to create an unlimited number of custom underwriting workflows as needed to meet specific requirements within their portfolio. For example, custom underwriting workflows can be created and applied by vertical market, Merchant Category Code (MCC), transaction limits, geography, risk profile or any other business profile.

For each underwriting workflow created, a unique ID is returned in the response. This ID is then submitted with a merchant onboarding application enabling the platform to always apply the correct underwriting rule set for decisioning.

If only one underwriting workflow is created, this becomes the default. With multiple workflows created, the API enables one to be set as default and automatically applied if an onboarding application is received without a unique workflow ID included.
